Debunking myths, making informed choices, and supporting yourself through perimenopause and beyond — a conversation with Laura Brown, WHNP-BC

This is not another menopause webinar.

It’s a clinically grounded conversation for women, facilitated by Beverly Mazza, BSN, RN, NC-BC, integrative & Functional Nurse, owner of Purely present Health and the founder of the Integrative Health Speaker Series.

this Virtual Spotlight brings together real-world clinical insight and honest discussion with women’s health nurse practitioner Laura Brown WHNP-BC, owner of Sapphire Women's Healthcare.

Together, we’ll examine how hormonal changes in perimenopause affect bone health and cognition, unpack where hormone fear came from, and help you approach hormone decisions with context, confidence, and clarity.
